Please note that Unveiled Jewelz is NOT liable for lost or stolen items. 

Contact us immediately if you entered the wrong address so it can be changed as soon as possible. If your items have already been shipped we will not be held liable if they are lost. Please contact the carrier to have your items redelivered.

Processing & Shipping 

Due to some items being handcrafted, please allow 5-7 business days processing time. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Items will ship within 5-7 business days. Once your items are shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. 

International shipping is NOT available at this time. 

Repairs

We charge a $10 fee for jewelry repairs. Please email us at info@unveiledjewelz.com for repair inquiries. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping your item(s) back to us for your repair.
